They both offer and teach you how to build your own website and drive traffic to the site resulting in money. They both offer Hosting and help you purchase a domain and they both offer WordPress.

How Does it work?

The way AWOL does it by creating a landing page or squeeze page. The landing page (AKA capture/ squeeze page) is where you send people before they visit the sales page for whatever you are promoting as an affiliate. What you want to do is to collect email addresses from people who visit this page, and send them onto a relevant promotion. All of this is explained in detail within the training Just know it’s intense.

The way Wealthy Affiliate does it, They offer free training and a free website to start you off. After you have got your website framework built and your confident in moving forward. You will join the program for $19 first month. then $49 month after that. You do have the option of buying the year at $349 a year! After that it’s onto the making money part of the training where you will learn how to leverage your training and the community to monetize your site! From there it’s simply duplicating your results. Wealthy affiliate offers some amazing tools to help you with you SEO and Google Ranking! Also, as a reminder, things can be overwhelming at times and you have to remember it’s not a race, you have help if you need it.

Is Any One Way Better Than The Other?

Honestly what I believe is it doesn’t really matter which direction you want to go in, both Affiliate Programs are Legit and honest. One is more Intense than the other, but overall both offer excellent information and lessons that you can take anywhere in the world. What I believe is if you put the work in and never give up then you will succeed. In this game content is KING! If you believe that you can afford the A.W.O.L. program then I believe it’s right for you and I wish you success. But for my money and the amount of information you will receive with the program at Wealthy Affiliate, Its definitely a smart choice. I’m not a gambling man. Are you?

For example lets say you built your site and now want to monetize on the site, then you can join Amazons affiliate program to sell products. Now lets say you don’t have a site nor do you want to build a site, then you can join something like shopify.
